• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
• Altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
• We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase.
• Neiman Marcus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an even-dollar exchange for an alternate size or color of the same item. If your item does not meet the conditions outlined below, please visit your local Neiman Marcus store to conduct the exchange. Find your store here. The following rules and restrictions apply:

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• If the original item is not returned within 30 days of exchange submission, you will be charged for the original item.
• By submitting an online exchange, you authorize Neiman Marcus to a.) credit the original form of payment for the item being returned and b.) charge the original form of payment for the new item upon outgoing shipment.
• Only items purchased online and delivered to your specified address qualify for online exchange; items purchased or pick-up in store must be exchanged in store.
• Items received as a gift or purchased with a gift card do not qualify for online exchange. Please visit your nearest Neiman Marcus store for assistance or contact Customer Care.
• Altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be exchanged.

Returning In Store
